Instead, Glenn guided me through every step with patience, confidence, and careful consideration of my specific needs. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions (and there were many), replying almost immediately and always making sure I felt informed and comfortable before moving forward. What truly sets Glenn apart is his dedication. When viewing properties, he stayed out with me until 10:30 pm to accommodate my work schedule, and he even stayed up past midnight to prepare time-sensitive documents so that nothing would be delayed – a level of commitment that genuinely blew me away. During showings, he consistently pointed out important considerations I wouldn’t have thought of on my own, helping me make informed decisions rather than rushing me through the process. At the home inspection, Glenn even brought his own tools to inspect aspects of the property (something I have never heard of a real estate agent doing!), which speaks volumes about his attention to detail and hands-on approach. When it came time to negotiate, he was a strong advocate on my behalf and worked hard to secure the best possible price.
