We have been quite impressed with Cory and his honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the sales market. He takes the time to investigate the potential property, provide the pros and cons of the property as well as the potential selling price. He made a concerted effort with our son to give him a realistic outlook on a property's value and keep him within his budget and not be forced into a bidding war. His in depth knowledge of the older homes construction & potential problems was most beneficial and was quick to point out potential issues down the road. The Martin Group uses modern technology, so electronic contracts are sent quickly. Given this crazy Covid real estate market, that was definitely a plus.
