Step into a world of contemporary elegance and convenience as you explore our stunning condominiums.
Burlington’s condominium market runs from the lakefront towers along Lakeshore Road and the downtown core out to the newer communities on Appleby Line, Dundas and Upper Middle. Nearly seventy buildings, and they differ far more than the listings suggest — a 1970s building on North Shore and a 2024 build on Brant Street are different products with different fee structures and different resale patterns. Each building page below covers what is currently for sale, what units have sold for, the amenities and fee structure, and what living there is actually like.
Martin Group is a real estate brokerage, not a property manager. We do not manage or operate any of the buildings listed here. For maintenance, condo fees, status certificates, bylaws or amenity bookings, contact your building’s property management company directly. What we do is help people buy and sell in these buildings.
Which Burlington condos are on the waterfront? Bridgewater Residences on the Lake, Nautique Lakefront Residences, Brant’s Landing, Bunton’s Wharf, Village Gate, Lakepoint, Lakeforest and Waterford Place are among the buildings on or immediately off Lakeshore Road. Bridgewater and Nautique are the newest of them.
What is the difference between downtown Burlington and Aldershot condos? Downtown buildings — The Baxter, Illumina, Gallery Condos + Lofts, Martha James — put you within walking distance of Brant Street, the pier and Spencer Smith Park, and generally price higher per square foot. Aldershot buildings such as Northshore, Westwood, The Dovercourt and Jazz sit near the Aldershot GO station, which makes them popular with commuters.
Which Burlington condo buildings are newest? Nautique (2024), Bridgewater Residences on the Lake, Paradigm, The West Condos at StationWest, Valera, Illumina and The Mod’rn are among the most recently completed.
Are Burlington condos pet friendly? Most allow pets with restrictions on size, number or breed, and the rules differ building to building. The individual building pages note this where we have it, but the condo corporation’s declaration is the authority — confirm with the property manager before you buy.
Who do I contact about my condo fees or a maintenance issue? Your building’s property management company, not Martin Group. We are a real estate brokerage and have no role in running any building.
What are maintenance fees like in Burlington condos? They range widely, driven mostly by building age, amenity load and what is included. Buildings with pools, concierge and indoor parking carry higher fees; older walk-up style buildings carry lower ones but may face larger special assessments. We can pull the reserve fund study and status certificate for any building you are seriously considering.
