Step into a world of contemporary elegance and convenience as you explore our stunning condominiums.
Oakville has more than sixty condominium and townhome communities, from waterfront mid-rises in Bronte and Old Oakville to newer towers along Trafalgar and Dundas. They are not interchangeable: maintenance fees, unit sizes, parking, pet rules and resale history vary enormously from one building to the next, and the difference rarely shows up in a listing photo. Each building page below covers what is currently for sale, what units have sold for, the amenities and fee structure, and what it is like to live there.
Martin Group is a real estate brokerage, not a property manager. We do not manage or operate any of the buildings listed here. For maintenance, condo fees, status certificates, bylaws or amenity bookings, contact your building’s property management company directly — it is named on the individual building pages where we have it. What we do is help people buy and sell in these buildings.
Which Oakville condo buildings are on the lake? Bronte Harbour Club, The Shores and Stoneboat Quay sit closest to the water in Bronte, while Ennisclare II On the Lake and Edgemere Private Residences are on the Lakeshore corridor. Waterfront buildings in Oakville generally carry higher maintenance fees than comparable inland buildings.
What do Oakville condo maintenance fees typically include? It varies by building. Older buildings more often include heat, hydro, water and air conditioning in the fee; newer buildings typically include water and common elements only, with hydro metered separately. Each building page lists what that building’s fees cover.
Are there new condo developments in Oakville? Yes — recent and current developments include ClockWork 2, North Oak at Oakvillage, Distrikt Trailside 2.0, Bower Condos on the Preserve and Upper West Side, mostly in North Oakville along the Dundas and Trafalgar corridors.
Which Oakville condos suit downsizers? Buildings with elevators, indoor parking and low-maintenance layouts tend to suit downsizers best — The Randall Residences, Oakridge Heights, Park Place and Windemere Manor are common choices.
Who do I contact about my condo fees or a maintenance issue? Your building’s property management company, not Martin Group. We are a real estate brokerage and have no role in running any building. The management company is listed on the building’s page where we have it.
How do I find out what units in my building have sold for? Ask us. Sold prices are not public in Ontario the way asking prices are, but as a brokerage we can pull the sales history for any Oakville building and show you what actually closed.
